We are a Traditional Martial arts School and unlike many schools, who will blend martial arts together without rhyme or reason, we follow a strict curriculum and teach perfection of the technique above the normal standard.  We aim to make our marital arts practical outside of point sparring so they can be used for self-defense.

    Students at Elite Core study the tenets of Taekwondo (Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, Indomitable Spirit, Victory, and Loyalty).  This teaches them good values for life.  Our instructors live these morals and that makes them good role-models for our students.

    Our instructors have been practicing for decades and have had many years of teaching experience.  This leads to an atmosphere where students can feel confident that they are learning proper technique and discipline.  Our instructors have experience teaching all types of kids including those with learning disabilities.  We feel confident that our instructors are the best of the best.
